New Game. 1.8.11
Bob’s favorite new game to play involves his chew things and my bed. He’s allowed on my bed but only if his blanket is on there and only to sleep, nothing else. However he seems to think that this is also his bed, and in his bed he likes to chew toys, bully sticks and treats. So now, after being scolded and timed out just about every evening for the last week, he has decided that he still must try.
Now he slowly walks down the whole apartment, carrying whatever it is he wants in the bed warily, avoiding anyone in the house. He gets slower as he moves into my room, thinking we can’t hear the clicking of his toenails on the wooden floorboards. When he hears me tell him to go back to the kitchen he stops for a moment but doesn’t look around.
Then he takes a step forward. I tell him again.
He stops.
One more step forward.
My third warning and he turns around still avoiding eye contact and walks to his bed in the kitchen.
Sometimes I let him get all the way to my bed.
